You're backing out of a tight spot at the grocery store and suddenly someone walks behind you; do pedestrians have the right of way in parking lots, or is it a bit of a free-for-all? It's one of those questions that seems simple until you're actually stuck in the middle of a crowded mall lot on a Saturday morning.
